Now that you've got everyone to play yi again and ruined any chance of having fun I had, a nerf would be fantastic. The fact that he can delete everyone and anyone within the span of an engagement to two seconds into the engagement is a bit ridiculous, don't you think? I mean, a fully built darius with 3 other teammates we're a quadra kill for him TWICE in the game i was playing. Kinda pathetic. Please consider it, at least.

Because they nerfed and keep him there solely to cater sillies like you so you don't break your PC from embarrassment on how bad you are.
Yi is a fine champ, we just need to fix devourer.

Yi was changed, because his AP build was strong. ADC Yi 90 % of the time fails when I see him in competetive. AP Trynd was also changed, but noone was picking him for ADC too... The old Fiora was picked only 2 times - once as counterpick to Kennen and once in a troll match vs GP who owned her :D

I am aware of AP Yi who was utterly BS, 1 shotting everyone and their mother non stop while tanking turrets like every Saturday morning.
As for the nerf I mentioned earlier, I was just referring to the "hotfix" he got immediately after his rework, because low tiers were having trouble facing an actually competitively viable AD Yi for once. And because Riot wants to please all the QQs, to this day Yi still intentionally kept in a slightly UP state for basically no reason.
EDIT: Fix the devour so we can finally tweak Yi real for once.

More likely the "fully built Darius and 3 other team-mates" congo-lined into him ADC first, all dying one right after the other because they showed up late. Of course Yi's going to win that sort of situation. So would Zed, Yasuo, Trundle, Shyvana, Draven, or pretty much anyone who actually does damage and has life-steal.
Only Play Darius1 votesThe fact that he can get deleted from a CC as brief as a Draven knockup before he even gets in range means he isn't broken. If he did as well as you say then either he's an experienced and skilled Yi player or you're just terrible at the game (more likely).

You know when a melee carry who sacrifices damage for sustain to complete their build, and is still somehow able to smash everyone instantly only means that he is quite ahead of everybody else right?
Carries are meant to make your life a torture when they're ahead, that's entirely the point of having them in the first place.
He doesn't need reworks, for him outside of the devourer problem, is strictly a l2p issue.
