@RIOT Fix already -Lord Van Damm's Pillager-

Seriously? who thought of this idea anyways? Unique: Critical strikes cause enemies to bleed for an additional 150% of bonus AD as magic damage over 3 seconds and reveal them for the duration.

Most ADC's and other champs that used this item are no longer dealing the packing punch they did before ( Tryndamere, AD Shaco, GP's citric crits, etc). The idea of the item would have been a bit decent as attack damage, but, "as magic damage"?

This item is expensive for a reason, not for getting a passive
