"Leaver Buster low priority message"

So I recently got punished by the leaver buster for being AFK for the first 5 mins of an ARAM match because my computer crashed I came back and we won the match, however whilst I don't agree with being put in the "low priority" queue it is rather annoying that I cannot do anything else whilst I am in the queue any more.

Is there not a way to dismiss the message and have a count down where you would normally have how long you have been in the queue for?

If I wanted to change my masteries or do anything else in the client I would have to leave the queue do what I wanted to do and then queue back up again which would be another 5 mins.

Again I want to reiterate that this is not a crying post about being punished but I do believe that the message should be able to be dismissed.
