Returning Player after 2 years

So it has been almost 2 years since I've played. I have kind of seen some of the updates but never really read through them. So if someone could point me in the direction of a decent up to date players guide for returning players It would be much appreciated.

The short version: assume every Champion has been reworked in at least some small way. You'll be more right than not.

Honestly, I would just play a few bot games. It's hard to know what to tell you from such a long time... Or watch some pros.

"Watch pros" horrible adivce, lol'd. Tons of challenger players still mumble questions to themselves about League while streaming, pros are overrated and should NOT be learned from. The only thing you'll learn from them is how THEY play and how they cope with THEIR playstyle, these are things you need to figure out on your own. Good luck on finding a guide @Soul, you're best off reading through most of the recent patch notes, etc.

You can see what's been going on the game from watching literally anyone... you don't need a guide at all for this game. Just to understand what has happened since you were last here.

I think playing the sandbox mode just to see how all of the skills work quickly is a good way to see how champs handle after 2 years and their interactions with the new mastery tabs.

As for game play, don't jump into ranked, go for ARAM's and normals and once you're re accustomed to the game, then go back to ranked.
