Twisted Fate buff/rework

Hey Riot, don't you think Twisted Fate finally needs some buffs or even a rework? he does have a good wave clearance, good magic damage and good crowd control kit. But he is extremely weak when it comes to defense and does not have any escape mechanism whatsoever. He can barely escape a gank and always needs to have his W ready in order to have a higher chance of escaping so he can either slow them down or stun the enemy jgler or the enemy laner, but even his W takes a long time to roll as well. and his E is almost useless and it takes even more longer to stack if your going for AP Twisted Fate , I mean look at his win rate and ban rate, and his popularity, he is extremely difficult to play with and is long due for a buff/rework

Purple card that he can slap on the ground and warp to. Can use it to get over walls and such. I think that'd be kinda cool. He'd have some mobility finally.

what i actually had in mind was to change his E ability to a mini flash ability like Ezreal Ezreal that would be way better because it makes sense since he can teleport with his ult as well

Adding a flash to a champ with a point and click CC isn't a good think. At least lissandra CC is on her ultimate but tf CC is on a basic ability. I would suggest minor dmg buff like Q dmg up and stop, he's fine by his own.
