Remove snowball
The game doesn't need a noob suicide mechanic.

The first thing I do in every game is land a snowball and 1v5 at lvl 3, in fact last time I did it it resulted in their whole team dying becaues every cool-down was blown (ARAM mains have no idea how to actually play)
