Hecarim needs buffed

I used to play Hecarim a lot and I quit league for about a year and a half. I came back and he's insanely weak. This is the case for a lot of my favorite champions, but most noticeably for Hecarim. I think a lot of old jungle champions need buffed, but Riot won't do it because they seem to really want to nerf the jungle position into a utility role like support.

That's fine...can't change Riot's plans. BUT, there is one problem beyond all this. I just tried playing Hecarim without Trinity Force. I know this sounds dumb, but usually not building a champions best item just makes them a little bit weaker. Not Hecarim though. I was 5/0 when I built a lethality item instead of Trinity Force. I went from 5/0 to 5/5 real fast. I was completely useless. I even grabbed some HP to see if that was the problem....it was not. Hecarim needs Trinity Force. He has to have it just to be somewhat playable.

I don't feel like this is what League is supposed to be. I like customization. I like to experiment with different items. Usually it results in becoming slightly stronger or slightly weaker, but on Hecarim, without Trinity Force, he was useless. 100% unplayable. He needs the move speed, the sheen dmg (i forget the proc name), the mana, the attack speed, the damage, he needs all this things very badly just to be able to be considered a champion. Not building that item pretty much turned me into a minion. When I was 5/0 with more cs than almost everyone in the game...as jungle.

So I don't know if they just didn't take him into account when they nerfed the jg for season 10 (again) but please give him something that Trinity Force gives him. I'm okay with building it on him but even with it, he's weak, without it, he's a damn minion. He's also not very fast anymore.

Read this if you read nothing else: On Hecarim I went boots of swiftness, later built trinity force, and grabbed ALL movement speed from runes that I could, AND WE GOT THE MOVESPEED DRAGON SOUL and pretty much every champion on the enemy team (especially Riot's oh so cherished Lee Sin) could run circles around me. It's a joke when a blind guy can outrun a horse with full movespeed runes/items as a focus AND got lucky on dragons with movespeed dragon soul. Also the range on his E early game is a joke. It's impossible to really get anything out of it. You actually have to use it when you're in sight of the enemy, and by then they are already planning their escape. It takes time to build up speed, but if you do it out of sight it wears off after you run 5 feet. This champion is just a joke to play now. Also idk what they did to lethality on him but it doesn't seem to add damage at all...something shady going on there. Might be a bug or just something where they couldn't balance him so they made lethality not work on him IDK but something is really broken there, in a bad way.

I would also like to add that as we all know he falls off HARD late-game...probably worse than any other champion (Lee Sin takes a pretty big hit late-game too though). If this wasn't the case then his weak early/mid wouldn't be quite as bad...but he's just weak ALL game now. He used to be weak early, strong mid, weak late but when I was away from the game apparently they took the mid-game away from him too :(

yep. ghostblade can feel good to get as a rush but falls off so fast. trinity force is one of the most overtuned items in the game currently that literally every melee builds it that can use it DECENTLY. its sad

itemization used to be a huge thing in lol to seperate yourself and climb. now itemization is so bland that the game has turned into just a brawl
