When you report someone for verbal abuse/feeding. You shouldn't be put into another lobby with them.

So the last 2 days in a row now on multiple occasions i've reported players for being either verbally abusive or just plain toxic players that ruin the player experience in games. Following the report and these games i've been put into the same lobby with these players on multiple occasions. It doesn't make sense. Why isn't there something in place to make it so that you don't have a bad player experience with these people not just once but twice in a row. -Ranked trolls-

Because then people would abuse the system by reporting people simply because they don't want to play with them again. That would cause an unnecessarily increased number of false reports. It would also allow for manipulation of the matchmaking system, which is not something Riot likes.

Just mute them and move on. If they're really that bad, then report them twice (not because you're salty about the first game. Only report twice if they are twice guilty).

EDIT: Don't report people for "feeding" unless it is explicitly intentional. 0/7/2 is not necessarily intentional, and intentional feeding can occur by players who are 26/5/12. It's all in the intent, not the numbers. Yes, there are players who are much worse than you. Yes, it's possible he did not see that Vi behind him. ...Just wanted to make that clear.

out of all of my bad games by the numbers i tend not to be the one who feeds 1st. i tend to have control over my lane. not winning by leaps and bounds but winning none the less. then bottom mails it and start surrendering early by playing with no presence or heart. then bottom lane falls causing bottom laners {both of them} to come mid or top then take my tower. things like this put me into negative k/d ratios most time. then about 20% of the time i get flat out beat. i admit that in game chat. i dont say "the lag"," jungler wont only stay bottom to help", and "my support sucks" or "my adc sucks". i block these players based on their lack of ability to make smart adjustments mid game. dont play ranked if you cannot adjust early to put your team into position to win. bayonet charging a guy 6 time then dying all 6 dose mean u try it a 7th time to say "it works". that player just gave his opposing laner 6 free kills. being in bronze 5 i see this alot. i should not be put on a team with these people again. i play safe if im getting beat. its not the sexy choice but it puts your team in position to win by me not knowingly feeding. i shouldnt have to carry my team every game in b5 by going 20/3/15 or some other godly score. climbing shouldnt be as hard as it is.
