Just a question, does pick order count even if the two players are choosing champs at the same time? For example if my team was the first two picks, but I am second, and I call a lane first. Who gets precedence? Sorry for the dumb question.

Pick Order is a house-rule that players try to follow to keep everything fair to prevent arguing, but the average age of players is low enough that you often have to play with kids that have absolutely no respect for written rules, let alone unwritten ones like Pick Order.
