Nerf Rammus

Rammus is already OP in jungle, but he is even more OP at top. I was originally trying to keep this hidden for free elo, but am quitting anyways so who cares. Rammus has insane base damages on q, w, r, and a passive ad steroid that's absolutely insane. He has high CC and is very tanky. The only problem with rammus is that while he has high damage, its not bursty or focused. To counteract this all you need to do is build a BORK after you get your sunfire.

Why is BORK op on rammus? Because it gives attack speed for your ridiculous AD steroid (up to 100+ AD), an onhit effect that shreds about anything, it stacks with the 30 armpen on your E, and it gives u more than enough damage to 100-0 about anything.

Rammus is OP, please nerf. (Or abuse him for free ELO like I have been doing). The other so-called weakness about Rammus is he can be kited. This is not even true. Use bushes to your advantage, and you have flash too. Especially in teamfights which don't happen that often, you will always be able to get to the high priority target and 100-0 them.
