How to give the perfect leash

It's perfect for the jungler individually perhaps, but it seems like a bad idea overall. The leash takes much longer with dps from only one champ, so bot lane is now late to lane and probably missed out on xp/gold.

The leash is a bit too long and you could miss the first 3 minions, so "taking less damage for starting red" is more practical.
