English Class Review on LOL

I am writing a review on League as it compares to other online games and I wanted to ask Riot specifically if they would answer the question: "What have you done to make LOL different from other online games?" and anything else they would like to add. Also any other people who have comments about what they like or dislike about LOL compared to other online games please comment below if you are ok with me quoting you in my essay. Thanks!

One thing i always love is that the game is up 99% of the time. Out of all the games i play i have to give it to riot they are they only ones who have their game up almost all the time. (i sit here as i wait for PTCG to finish their 3hour update that is now going on around 9-10hours.)
