Guardians Angel and Tabis need some love

It's kind of frustrating, that as an ADC you will get oneshotted if possible anytime. So what do you do? Building Tabis and GA sounds like a good Counterplay. I personally think that buying Tabis in order to become a bit more tanky was a real thing in order to survive a few seconds more which is essential. But sadly it has been nerfed. The best thing about it was that you weren't "wasting" the potential for more dps entirely because you still get your wanted attack speed for example from other items which u would build. So i kinda want the old Tabis back.... With these "new" Tabis there is only one more option left for an ADC so he wouldnt become useless at some point. Buying GA. The problem with this current meta in my opninion is that games don't last as long as they used to. At least i am experiencing this and i'm sure others do too. So the result is that you do not reach the full build that often anymore. Games are just getting snowballed way to fast. And as an ADC you want to build dmg of course so you deal your damage...XD. But i think the issue is when building dmg you give up your selfprotection (yeah yeah that's what your mates are there...). A qss (item get's finished later) is always a must have and Guardians Angel with this current League of Oneshot is probably a very good option. Or else you will just get deleted and be useless for the team (yeah i know that's why they're called assassins duh). So you decide to buy it: But then you have to renouonce some other dmg items which are actually needed more because of the fact that games don't last that long anymore. It's even worse because of this new meta in which ADCs have been nerfed too much in my opinion. So either you play for the late game or you will just teamfight with a terribly weak ADC. It least he has GA... But once its passive has been used, this item is so useless. And i had enough games in which i could make use of its passive only oce and still loose the game. So to summarize: Its passive needs to be adjusted so ADCs can make use of it more and it actually becomes worth buying as an ADC during a longer match. I don't how you could adjust it and i think you will or can find a good rework but my point is that something has to be done so the ADCs have the impact they are supposed to have like some patches ago. This may sound like low elo-crying but i dont think i'm that low (I assume elo matters when it comes to opinions about the game). Either way: If you especially look into low elo, the ADC is atm just like the jgl a bitchrole (unappreciated by teammates and always to blame but in this case in a different way for an ADC) and needs alot of your attention and love to bring them back in their game. I really do think it has become less fun for a main ADC. Especially if you are low elo and dont quite understand the game as others do (e.g. matchup and map awareness). I hope you guys understand what i'm trying to say despite my presumably bad english and description of my issue:D.
