the only Ahri skin that has 'whiskers' is her popstar skin, even though every splash has them (except Midnight)
FYI Splash tends to take more liberties with artistic content, but is always based on the in-game model.. In-game models do not change (often) based on splash.
Her new splash doesn't have it. The only problem I have with the new splash is that her face in it doesn't really look much like Janna.

As we're discussing about Janna, why she doesn't have elven ears on her Forecast skin? It's just not Janna without it.
This probably has been noticed but, with Janna's old splash and new her new one her staff hand has been switched. Old one splash and in game model she is wielding her staff left handed. New splash she is right handed.
Why is your graphical settings so low? I don't think having medium graphics would affect the fps that much.
