The best champ ever

I just had an idea for the best champion ever. I want a champ with infinite mobility, one that isn't held back by annoying things like cooldowns and mana. A champ that has a passive like pantheons, it blocks incoming attacks automatically with no skill involved, but it generates by just walking around! And when you get ahead on this champ, it could block the next 2 or 3! What would he be missing? Maybe some hard cc and range... Oh give him a long range knockup that procs on hit effects. But wait, that could be kinda hard for some people to land... To make the champ more playable, add the option to make the knockup a click on ability so that it can be used by everyone. And on his infinite mobility i want it to do damage, damage that stacks the more he uses it in a row, and again i want zero cooldown on this. But i had in mind for him to be melee so he could struggle against some ranged champs, better give him something that can block all incoming projectiles to make it more fair for him. And to punish the squishy champs who try to burst him, his second passive should double his crit chance. They will never be able to fight him then. Wait a second... there is a champion with so much more than all of this stuff. Thanks rito for Maybe balance really is just weakness. Can I get witness?
