When to play a specific champ

I am currently trying to main adc.. I can play probably about 4-5 adc champions decently.. I am by far no pro, but I feel comfortable with about this these few champions. I am never able to decide which one would go great with my team comp, or to counter the other adc, so I usually just pick whichever one I feel like playing.. I really just need help of knowing about team composition, countering and things along these lines.. any input on this would be appreciated, the adc I usually play regarding the earlier statement would be ezreal, tristana, sivir,kalista,lucian.. anything regarding team comp and countering would be appreciated! when I go adc I judge by if I have 3 tanks ill need someone like kogmaw that can mow down their team. If you have les tanks than go with someone like cait or Lucian so you can hang back and attack or have insane mobility. And if you have little cc go someone like Ashe who can engage a bit. If you have none of these tan just go counter pick or whoever you want to play
