His ult, his damn ult. 1 second to 1.25 seconds at level 2? How is that useful?
If you blink, his charm is over. I think someone forgot how to make champions fun to play. Xayah was done right, Rakan was done entirely wrong. You can play Ahri support for a much more efficient charm, or play bard support for better healing and stuns.
Or no, you're just bad at Rakan and need to learn how to play a brand-new champion.

Dude, Rakan is the coolest designed support they've ever made. He may be bit weak at the moment, but his kit is awesome. The first mobile support. And my duo and I are winning almost all our games as Xayah/Rakan.
His Q distance is way too short but other then that he's ok.
Chain it with the knock up, or use it against divers. Instant hard CC is becoming increasingly rare.
Xayah is op as fuck. Not even fair really. Went mid with her, because some scruffy nerf herder banned my Orianna.
Rakan is suck and useless, if u play support ~ u can play lux, zyra, brand, blitz, pyke, morg, taric, neeko,.... more better than shitty rakan
