ZZ'rot portal breaks the game

Why did Riot introduce this god awful item? It adds nothing but making the game not fun. We just had a team of 5 tanks, 4 with the stupid portal win because they would just plant them all in a bush and sit there. It makes no sense whatsoever and I'm considering stopping playing just because this item is so broken. They removed promote way back when because it was making pushing stupid just to make an item that's 10 times worse, I have never seen such poor design in the entire time I've played and I've been in since beta when Jax was still able to dodge turrets. Thanks for making the game unplayable.

Dude, just go destroy the portals, it's tanks just build Blade of the Ruin King and Lyndra's Torment and wreck them, You know, BUILD TO COUNTER THEM. Now if you tried that and still lost then that's probably something you're not doing right try re tweaking your plans don't bitch and complain about one little thing. Study, and adapt, or Die.

i don't think you're thinking straight here either bro.... 1 person adapting to the game is not going to do anything. League is a teamwork game, either everyone does it or just do good by yourself and still loose the game because your team keeps on throwing.

If they were all tanks as you said, have 1-2 people guarding whatever tower they are sieging and the others push. The tanks will have to leave their portals to respond, and they have a long cooldown.

I see this so often.

A recent game was the most frustrating to date. Opposing team had a Teemo and a Shaco and no front line. We were winning by mid game, so Teemo and Shaco start split pushing because they could never win a 5v5. All we had to do is group and drive straight up mid to win.

Instead, the team kept splitting up to push back the side lanes or farm the jungle, getting picked off over and over. I was about ready to slit my wrists.

Exactly what I'm saying. I always give good advice but no one ever listens and they just do their own thing.

A few listen but then someone ignores instructions, screws up and loses it for all of us.

People won't listen, just for the fact that they will feel inferior, well at least most of them. You just have to accept the fact that you're going to end up grouped with not very smart people, angry people, or just simply minors... the best thing you can do is accept defeat and say to yourself - " im not mad because it wasn't my fault " and just keep on playing!

The amount of hits it takes to get rid of a portal is absurd, we sit there auto attacking them for 30 seconds which gives them more than enough time to either surround whoever is attacking them or move to another lane and shove it. Playing vel'koz I can't get a plasma fission out more than 2 inches because there's a constant swarm of retarded bugs blocking all my skill shots and the portals themselves are immune to spells so anyone who isn't an ADC or reliant on auto attacks is useless at destroying them. Besides which they all just sit in a pile on top of the portals and wait for us to try and destroy them and then just wombo combo the team or whatever sucker decides to try and do something about it. Every person on our team had a BoRK or Liandrys, but it's useless when there's a constant swarm of bugs blocking everything and portals that can't be destroyed without standing there like an idiot for a ridiculous amount of time. But there's no point in posting any of this because all anyone is interested in doing is trolling. There should be a limit to the amount of portals on the map it makes no sense to let a whole team plant a bug army.

If it took you THAT long to kill the portal then you should have built some more damages. :^)
