Can you guys stop pretending you did a good job with Ryze?
His whole gameplay is broken - short range machinegun mage that's stronger the closer he is to you is IMPOSSIBLE to balance.
He needs a rework or a NERF to an unplayable state.
I'm sick and tired of being bullied by a late game MONSTER champion that's stacking a freaking TEAR!
RYZE NEEDS SOME WEAKNESSES riot , right now he has none.
Its funny how when he gets back to lane with tier and catalyst he starts doing a shit ton of damage even though he is supposedly ramping up

the fact rhat he does damage with only mana item and 0 ap item is clearly a huge issue.
Yep the champion which is gated by skill and yet platinum plus players average a 45% win rate so overpowered. He is not a late game monster either he has the same problem as graves, he has shit range and what he gets to survive is shit when the late game comes around. You have to be extremely good at ryze to break even. His overall win rate currently in the game is 42% stop shitposting.
I mean he did have some obvious weaknesses to be fair.
The thing is.... As soon as I saw his new ultimate when they reworked (again) him most recently, I immediately thought "competitive viable only". Turns out I was right
I mean, Ryze may be too strong, but he's not picked all that often and there are lots of more frequent problem champs...
Isn't he already getting nerfed? Tbh, he does have some counterplay. For instance, his early game is short range and he does no damage which is why he's usually played as a top laner since he gets bullied out by a lot of other mages. Why would he be nerfed to an unplayable state? I know you're mad but wouldn't a few simple fixes be better than making something unplayable for a dumb reason?
