Riot when will you fix Elo hell? Stop focusing on making money for once.

Elo hell is usually where unskilled players go... but some of us get accidentally place there--my example later on in the paragraph. Elo hell is just a joke. People spend months and years trying to get out of bronze but it is not as easy as Riot says it to be. How are you suppose to move out when people give no f@cks about afking and feeding when they lose lane or don't get the lane of their choice. This causes other players to harass players and ultimately just makes the whole game a toxic melting pot. Elo hell is so broken. For example, my placement games I manage above all odds to land 5 CONSECUTIVE afk games. For another 3 games I was placed with players who died once in lane and then became toxic because "the jungler was not ganking". As a result those players just walked into turrent or the enemy team to prove some point. The remaining two games I managed to win but by then my placement in bronze II was screwed. (I was season 3 gold, and preseason 5 gold). Months have gone by and it is unfair to win one game and move up 10 lp and then LOSE 1 GAME and lose 24 lp. It is near damn impossible to get out without toxic players and feeder ruining the game experience. There needs to be some sort of random event in which an individual is placed in another series of placement matches in which he/she can stay in the same league or move up a league.
