mark too op in aram
i think mark is too op right now for tanks like Garen, its not fair for adc or mage. Should add some feature like can be stunned during flying or cant chase target after they flashed.

i know riot dont care about aram, they focus on rift. but there r players like me who only play aram for fun, there is no fun since Garen mark silence and one shot ult.
Nerfing Mark/Dash would be fine if something else was added to help out melees instead. Ranged champs generally have superior waveclear and harrass, while melee champs generally have better all-in. Currently, snowball addresses ranged/melee balance by providing melee champs with an easier engage (along with making melees "feel better" to play). Without Mark/Dash, there'd need to be something else added to avoid tipping the scales.
Also, as a side note, Garen isn't a tank. He can be built as a tank, but he's not a tank.
Mark was literally added because it was horrible playing a melee before and mages/adc ruled the mode to the point of having little counterplay. It's fine.
While I might hate the snow ball with a passion, I really don't think that the ability is over powered as is right now. It feels like it is working as intended with out being overbearing.
