On-Click Ability displacement MISSES

Why are only a few selected champs part of the "OH IT DOESNT ACTUALLY HIT, SO WHY WOULD IT APPLY DAMAGE?" explanation that riot gave when they nerfed Fizz Q to not applying damage if someone flashes or uses a displacement to get away from it. (They did it to Jayce Q as well)

And I'm not talking about melee autos or amplified melee autos, (Renekton W Nasus Q etc...)but actual abilities that cause a champion to move from one place to another and it will cause damage regardless of where the champion moved to prior to the animation.

If you're going to apply that rule to some champs then apply it to others.

Talon Ranged auto dash Rengar leap (ult or from brush) Irelia Q Yasuo E
