Afkers are ruining ranked play.

I'm not sure where this forum should go but I believe that this should be stated somewhere. Every one knows it happens and everyone knows it's a problem. An example of Afkers ruining ranked play - Every laner but mid laner on blue side is 3/0 k/d. Blue Mid laner is getting swamped by red jungler and is constantly asking for help from his/her blue jungler. The blue jungler is busy maintaining the lead for other blue lanes so he/she can't help the mid laner. The blue mid laner gets fed up with it and leaves the game. Then the blue side, wholeheartedly tries their best to win the game they should have won if they had their 5th person. However after 15-20 minutes of hard effort, they simply can't win because they are outnumbered and aren't far enough ahead to simply play the game how it should be. There should be a bigger penalty to the leavers in ranked games. Or at least lower the lp lost or remove the lp lost entirely if someone decides to leave and the game continues for more than 15+ minutes. It's simply not fair to allow the freedom to leave, just to get reported and MAYBE get banned by people in the tribunal. The enemy team who won could receive their entirety of the lp. Please do something about it because I know a lot of people are fed up with it. Thanks for reading.
