I just finished another game vs Quinn. She got a little nerf to her passive and her base armor, but she needs MUCH more nerfs. Yes, I am a hardstuck silver player but I think I am right. She has the highest winrate. She 1 shots with 2 items: . She has a ton of Movement speed and she is a ranged champion with only a skillshot. Riot said: "When she does get hard-engaged on she shouldn't be quite so hard to kill." But, in early, you can't hard engage every time, in early she is roaming to other lanes and getting fed and in mid-game or/and late-game you can't engage her because she will instantly kill you. If she is getting a big early nerf, I will be happy.
