Actually, catering to a different type of player doesn't make it dead. Look at what they did to fallout 4. They ruined the hell out of it. But Call of Duty fans love it. So really they just changed playerbase. Oldschool rpg fans that played fallout 1 and 2 are left in the dust, but that doesn't mean the game is dead. It just means more people are becoming shallow but quick-minded. I'm slow in the head but I think a lot. So I have no new games to play haha.
