Loading screen question
So what is the thing on top of champions in loading screen? it's like a green or orange or other colors of dots. It's not ping or anything with spells. Probably skin?

Honor badges for receiving a variety of Honors consistently. They are pretty hard to get since most people don't consistently give out Honor. (The system is changing soon)
Are you talking about the little crests at the top of the champions' boxes? Those are honor crests. I'm not sure of the specifics, but getting a lot of honor would earn you one of those crests for a little while.
