I know I am a bad player. I'm stuck in silver and I main support. For some reason it seems like I get a bad team every game, however, I know that I am the main reason I am losing. How can I begin winning? Whenever I play support, its either an open mid game or a stomp and most of the time my games are open mid.
BookGirlChels2 votesLooking at your page. I would work on staying alive. I am a sup main as well. It is important for us to stay alive so we can keep our team alive. There are acceptations to the rule if you are able to save a carry by dying yourself. I would suggest playing champions that can counter engage like Nami or Janna. Half the battle in Silver is greed. You can use that to your advantage using champions like Nami or Janna. If your team gets greedy use Ult to get your team out safely. If the enemy team gets greedy, set your team up to get a few kills or objectives. I am no were near pro, but I have found this is one of the best ways to carry as a sup. Just knowing when and when not to make a play. I hope this helps some. :)

Penta Ace1 votesYou get a lot of assists in your games but you have also have a high number of deaths on your team. The more you can stay alive for your team the better. You also have lower tier runes that need updating, although runes are being reworked eventually so idk if you wanna invest ip into those.
Lastly, maybe you could duo with an adc main? Having good coordination in lane can really make the difference.

I know this is a little generic, but different supports do different things so advice for soraka wouldn't apply to leona or zyra.

Linna Excel1 votesFor baron, the top side jungle behind the pit is a common warding spot. There's also some places just outside of the range a control ward would pick up that people will toss a ward so they can't be picked up, but you can see the enemy team going there. The two little bushes in the middle of the river and the bushes to each side are common. Dropping wards to both midlane jungle entrances is good too, if you take that tower, you can just put one ward there instead. For dragon, drop a ward in the enemy jungle in the route you think they'd be taking to go to dragon.
