What if Riot Designate a shotcaller in Ranked games?

Hellow there summoners,

Well, I was thinking the importance of having a shotcaller and communicating properly , so I was wondering if in a ranked game Riot could designate a shotcaller for the highest elo player in a team , just to...u know, to letting know everyone on his team who is the best player in the team , so they can recognize and hear the opinion of the best player in the team I believe.

This would increase the practice for teams and the proper communication.

What do u think? Would u guide ur team? , Would u hear the voice of a higher elo player to work as a team and win or lose... as a team?
