MMR and Rankings Aren't Accurate

This is my first season of playing ranked, though I have played the game for a decent amount of seasons. I began to play ranked like regular. placing high bronze as that was where I belonged at the time. As I further progressed up the ladder, I found myself surpassing the skill of the other players around me. With a little unease, I found myself making Silver, Division 1 and sticking there quite a bit. The milestone of almost being gold made me feel great, as thats where my support gameplay belongs, if not higher, (which even platinum+ players I have met stated). This all faded away about a week ago when I won maybe 6 of my 30 games in the span of a few days. This was not only crushing and a learning experience, but an eye opener as well. The people I am stuck playing with on my team do no reflect my rank or my level of skill, however low that may be compared to higher tiers. In my most recent games, I have experienced two of the most prime examples. My ADC and I completely destroyed the bot lane, even throwing in rotations mid to apply more pressure when we couldnt push tower. This feeling of winning lane didnt last long though, as the enemy top laner was 12-0 within 20~25 minutes. Dying is normal when you get outplayed, but to see my top and jungle consistently run it down, unintentionally, was mind blowing. At the end of the game, I looked at the stats and I did 10k damage to champions, compared to my junglers 11k, my mids 13k, and my top laner's 12.7k. Their objective damage was near 1k each. We stood no chance in that game as the other lanes were fed beyond belief, regardless of our efforts and guidance. Moving on to my most recent game, I was given an Ashe ADC, nothing wrong there, until we got into the game. The Ashe was a robot. Yes, an AI programmed to play league. These types of scenarios go on forever in Elo Hell and even with the upcoming ranked changes, there is a question that is consistently floating through my head. Will I be able to obtain a rank that reflect MY PERSONAL playstyle, and not my teams&. No matter my rotations, wave control, pings, or picks, I am stuck. I currently sit at Silver, Division 3, with 0 LP. Im honestly afraid to play more, as I do not want my rank to fall further, making the climb that much harder season 9. I don&t belong with these players. There is no excuse to dying 12 times during laning phase. There is no excuse to have my LP drop due to people being bots or AFKing, or even inting because they didnt get the champion they wanted. Even dodging is impossible because I sit at 0 LP. I don&t know how much more I can play this game, improve, but see no positive change in my ranked, all because of my teams mistakes. I love this game, but it breaks my heart to watch my rank plummet for mistakes and arrogance that are not my own. I stayed silent for a while, thinking maybe there was something more I could do, but it has become evident that there is absolutely nothing I could do to change the tide.

If you're playing 30 games in a few days and you lose most of them, pretty sure that's a sign it's break time.
