Blaming cheating in League

So I just played against someone who blamed our entire 5 teammates and one of his of cheating, 6 out of ten people. He said he was reporting all 6 of us and that he was submitting screenshots to riot to have this dealt with. Cheating is a huge charge to accuse someone of and I know accounts can get permanently banned for using scripts. I DON'T cheat, I have no need, cheating in my opinion makes the game boring and it requires no thought. I have skype and I offered to screen share with him to prove I have no scripting programs on my computer and never have had, but he refused. I was just wondering, if he does submit our chat, will riot contact me first to hear my side or will they just make a decision and ban my account? I have had this account for years and while I have a second account for when I'm playing with new friends (lvl 20) I would lose a lot of time spent earning champions.

I have his summoner name available, but I don't believe I can post it here due to privacy laws, he is silver 5 and had only 4 wins in his entire visible in-client match history, so I am aware he is upset and lashing out, but I don't want to have to pay for his frustration.
