We DO NOT want to combine Blind Pick and Normal Draft

Riot's latest post in the dev corner has clarified that they would like to combine blind pick and normal draft. Even with position preferences, combining the two queues means:

Still having to deal with mirror matches, not having bans, not having the ability to counterpick or be counterpicked, not having the ability to optimize runes based on the enemy team comp, and not have the ability to construct your team comp with respect to the enemy's team comp.

I'd rather wait 3 or 4x as long for a quality normal draft game than have to play blind pick or whatever combined queue riot envisions. If things are spread too thin Flex Queue and Blind Pick should be up for discussion imo, not Normal Draft.
