Soraka's Equinox

I really think Soraka's Equinox (her E) should be activatable, such as Lux's E. I know Riot tried to reduce it's time in older updates, but I'm just suggesting a new way to play Soraka. If you're reading this Riot, Thank you for at least acknowledging this request.
