the malphite was intentionally feeding in his game, and the bard probably trolled him too. you can see it in the footage.

I agree, the Malphite should be banned and the Bard as well if he was Trolling. Absolutely, 100%.
But to say Dunkey left League because the system 'holds you back' is BS.
Also, Dunkey flat out state he's Toxic FOR FUN. For the ENJOYMENT of being Toxic.
Then turns around and says "Riot doesn't appreciate me or what I stand for". Well, no crap... when what you stand for it being Toxic as a form of entertaining yourself. Obviously they don't appreciate that.
Now, you know what I wouldn't have minded? Not in the slightest. If he was Toxic for his Viewers, but kept it OUT of the game.
If he had 100% said on his Stream, but NOT TYPED IT IN GAME, the exact same thing... cool enough. I'm good with that. Tell your fans, say it to the Stream... if the Malphite is watching your Stream, well that's his choice, he can always leave the Stream.

Dunkey didn't 'quit' League because the System is broken. He got kicked out of League and took a parting shot at Riot because of it.
