what time does urf come out?

I think its 2pm Central if the other posts about it being 11a-12 PDT are true

It's really frustrating that they would release it at a complete different time then the past two years and not even try to give us a heads up or anything i've literally been up for 36+hrs waiting on URF an i've just been wasting my time, Even took off of work just to get on the urf grind >.< would of been nice to know it was coming out mid-day on the 22nd then early morning like usual.... (Sorry just had to blow off some steam) :3
