Why does league of legends have a in game chatt? (Blind pick games)

Nowadays the game chatt is for flaime. I have played many games in row with 0 use from the chatt. I think there should be an option to remove the chatt not just mute people. Heres why since the chatt is only taking my focus away from the game and the flaime makes me talk back and for some reason, I'm the one always getting chatt bans for "bad language" since there is actually a "language filter" I don't see a reason to get banned for bad language. I understand flaimers should get chat bans but whats wrong with the harsh language.

No chatt = Focus on the game =No need to mute =No blaming/bullying/flaming

With chatt =I feel bad because I'm not too good at the game and my teammates make sure I know it =I cant focus on the game =The flaime gets me mad and I start to talk back =I get chatt bans and feel depressed

Because the pings are actually very good way to communicate I can't really find a valid reason to keep in game chatt. Since u already have the voice chatt for premades why not make the whole chatt for premade people. Sure I get the point that you can find friends from the game but that really rare. So that's, why I think giving the option to remove the chatt, is best at least in NORMAL GAMES since I'm playing only to learn the game.

Riot could also remove the typing system in the chatt and make the chatt have premade text like "lets get baron" or "I'm going to need assistment" if someone doesn't think pings are good enough.

I would like to hear if anybody can give a valid reason why the chatt is needed or your option about it.
