Leblanc Update

Leblanc's update unlike the others have severely diminished her so called assassin-ness. Outside of lane clearing the delay on sigil is to long for her to survive trading to be able to land another hit unless her opponent is oblivious to her passive. This is over bearingly true in other game modes where there arent minions to bounce sigil off of. Her ult does do alot for the mind games but honestly the delay on sigil is outrageous especially compared to the other assassins updates that actually make them stronger with only slowing the damage up a little bit. I do understand that if you can manage to pace them out over a little time u do massive damage but unless your chasing someone down you will almost never be able to proc the sigil more than 2 before your dead or they are out of range and the 2 is still pretty dang hard and its mostly only becuase of her e and the range on it. Please fix in some way she really cant be called and assassin compared to rengar talon kha'ix or even kat their dmg out put per second is way higher and 2 of them are normal opponents for her.
