There is something wrong with my League Skills...

I have been playing league for a few months now and I've got the hang of its mechanics, lanes, champions, items, and I am level 30 unranked as a bot lane main. But I've been having a problem with my matchmaking, whenever I solo/duo queue on blind pick Summoner's Rift, I either get players that are really high skilled and carry me towards victory. Or I go against players that are higher skilled then me that I feed unaccident and my team lose the game. I don't know what I can do to go against these good players or its just me not playing right.
