Exactly, at what elo does the tier change? I am G5 and i am tier IV (as personal tier). This means that i could get matched even with a team full of B5, so I wanted to know at what elo does your tier upgrade to III (and also when it gets II or I).

It's all a lottery right now. G4 and G5 here and T3. Other account S3 and B2 also T3

yeah really a lottery. Silver 4 in our team is tier 2
