give Katarina Mana
lets be real here last i checked Katarina was supposed to be gated by cooldowns... and having E up every 1 second is not a cooldown [slayer-jinx-unamused]

Kat is already gated by unreliable mobility and dagger generation/placement. She's the healthiest assassin in the game rn; if they give her mana, they will have to exponentially increase her Q damage to help her waveclear, and I don't think you want that.
If anyone needs a mana bar it's Riven. Katarina has an unreliable kit and is generally not a great champion.
e? you mean her shunpo? i thought that had like an 8 second cooldown at max rank. unless you or someone else already died.
