Just had a support sona who built locket rage at me for building locket on nautilus top. "locket does not stack, redemtion does not stack" - sona

yes. you can use both. They are actives. The sona in your game is a monkey.
Locket does stack without any issues. This Sona didn't play since ages. Redemption on the other hand got a reduced heal for recently heal allies (i think it's stated anyway) but it still do stack kinda. (Sum Heal like)
People can be idiot let's face it. Just give name the patch number and don't talk to them anymore.

They stack, but consecutive uses are reduced by 50% effectiveness
