No longer being able to load replays manually

So, after patch 8.20 I am not able to manually open replays (useful when you downloaded a replay, but it already got lost from your client's match history). I always download the patches so every time one comes out I am still able to watch "outdated" replays.

So, I am actually able to watch a replay from season 6, but I am no longer able to watch a replay from the previous patch 9.1 ???[sg-lux-2] What did you do with your spaghetti code rito! (jokes I actually appreciate the effort given from the coders)

I already used Hextech Repair Tool twice and reinstalled the game and it's not working.
