intentional trolling should be a banable offense

ok so my story may be viewed as just some guy that mad but let me explain here. my rank is by no means respectable and i recently hit a very bad string of luck with a huge losing streak and now sit bottom of the barrel. it seems since here now there is at least 1 intentional troll per game dedicated to making sure his teams lose and here is why i think that. last game i loaded into we were all at character select while there the banner declared he wanted mid and the rest of us called lanes accordingly. as myself and another person named who we would be playing our banner intentionally banned both of those characters as to stop us from playing them. (dr. mundo and udyr) i instead of selecting character going into his lane and being the biggest piece of shit i could be just dodged que and wrote a complaint about this guy.. then i get a 30 min ban for leaving character select..... another game i will reference real fast as my final example. i was supporting an ashe bottom lane when our jungler a shaco loaded into game then never moved. this was ranked btw. after 7:15 roughly shaco emerged from all his afk stupor then proceeded to come into bottom lane and attempt to his best ability to steal one wave of cs then suicide himself to the enemy adc. this kind of shit i feel should be absolutely unacceptable in ranked games and should be a bannable offense to those who are forcing others to take consequences rather then deal with that bull shit.
