Make surrender available at 10 minutes and punishment for declining them

No better reason than players who come to play with 3k pings and those who can't even play the game and ruin PvP, especially draft games instead of playing with bots.

Surrendering at 10 just means you have not even played past laning phase. You have no clue how the team fights will go, if someone can carry, etc. Heck, i always hit no. I have had times that i could solo the entire enemy team as Mordekaiser and my team surrendered as i voted no.

Im not keeping you there, you can leave and take the punishment if you feel you can not keep your head in the game. I personally would rather just play the game till the end and try working together to make a comeback. Whats funny is when the team plays better because the 1 person leaves..... Does not happen all the time, but its funny when it does.

People that surrender should be banned. When in the history of any 'sport' ever has surrender been so validated?

I understand you think it's wasting time, but the truth is this game is so swingy you're ultimately the one wasting the most time crying about how 'unbeatable opponents are' when the reality is anyone can be the next xpeke. People that sur are generally bm unless it's a unanimous vote.

My opinion is it should take 5/5.

Who said anything about "unbeatable opponents"? It's just that my principles are against wasting my time and putting all the effort to try to work with someone who just doesn't give a damn about the game or is mentally incapable of certain things...

Problem is players who can't even understand the basics of the game are allowed to enter PvP games, especially modes like Draft where more experienced players should be getting ready for ranked games or those who like the competitive part but don't support ranked play. And I ain't even talking in detail about dipshits who come to play with 3k pings... Do the math.

Here is the solution. Instead of getting mad for some lost game, use the remaining time in the game to practice. You can still practice last hits, even in a game that's practically lost. I don't think you or anyone else is perfect at farming, so use that time ingame. Spend the time analyzing the enemies movement. You can learn much just from watching how the enemies stomp you. Experience wins most games. If you can predict where the enemy jungler is at that time in your next game, because you noticed junglers movements from other games, you're more likely to win the game.

There are many other things you can still do. The worst thing is standing in base and wait for the enemy team to end. It is frustrating, I know it myself. It happens to every one of us, but the more you do with your time, the more rewarding it will get.

This does include running around the base for 20+ minutes because you are wanting to surrender but all the others do not. This is considered "toxic behavior" rather than a toxic chat, which does worse than a chat ban..... Normally it results in low priority queue as a lesser punishment, but can go up from there.

They used the term quite correctly and perhaps you should do your research before trying to call someone out and bring the embarrassment upon yourself.

Hope you enjoy not getting anything in life because you are always going to surrender at the earliest chance you get with no actual effort put in.

We don't need to take the literal definition on words being said. just because the word toxic USUALLY refuses to toxic chat does not mean it doesn't apply to what YOU are apparently doing in game. YOU are indeed one of the most TOXIC kinds of players in this game and honestly riot should force you to uninstall the game if you truly are afk farming after 10 minutes.

bottom line; you are the toxic, scum, bottom of the barrel league player who ruins the experience for other people. I hope one day you realize this. Better idea: Make playing with you an instant OK to dodge, because God if you don't sound like a pain in the ass to play with. But it's always everybody else's fault and you deserve to be challenjour, when you make a mistake (which you never do!!!!) you don't deserve to get flamed but everyone else sure does because you're just that great, etc. etc. am I hitting the right buttons yet?

That sounds like a pretty gross overreaction to a statement that you should own up. You admit to going AFK; you're getting matched with these people deliberately, so that other peoples' games are free of the kind of decisionmaking that leads one to think, "Yes, I will AFK."

It's either that or you're connecting to the wrong server.

Anyway, you shouldn't insinuate death upon people. It's awfully rude.
