full crit illaoi

well i loved playing illaoi full crit with tri force and crit runes and ie however the crit from tri force was removed so i found myself building ie first ok well no biggie however i remember illaois w would deal 95+1.1 total ad and i would be able to crit 3000s with just triforce ie and essence reaver however i can no longer one shot people with illaoi w anymore i want to know if the bonus % health is being applied after the crit? if so then i understand. thank you .
