How to Jhin vs a competent Cait?

Alright so I'm a Jhin main, I have practically played Jhin non stop since his release and decided to take him ranked. I've done so great so far over the past month. However there is one champion in particular that gives me the most problems 100% of the time, and that is Caitlyn. I understand that she is the go-to lane bully, but how can you effectively deal with her as Jhin. In lane she pretty much prevents me from snowballing, in worse cases, prevents me from cs'ng properly. So I have been trying to figure out how to deal with Cait, but I don't think there is much I can do.

As a Caitlyn main who hates Jhin as an opponent, here's this. Caitlyn will often try to juke projectiles with her E so she can set up a passive crit to follow up immediately. Remember Jhin's Deadly Flourish deals little damage, but snares an enemy who was dealt damage by Jhin or an allied champion. Do not use it to harass, but to secure kills or to kite. You can set a Lotus right on her when an ally cc's her in place, then auto attack, Flourish, and she can't E away since she's snared. Don't put your Lotus in obvious, in-view places. Place them in the brush or entrance to river. Caitlyn wants to get some auto attacks inside the brush to increase her Headshot stacks for her crit. Try to punish her by Lotus in the brush and use your 4th attack to hit her whenever you safely can, pref as she goes for an auto attack on a minion.

Well, that's going difficulty 75, vs a difficulty 7. You can try extremely hard, and achieve what she can do with auto attacks while afk. Got no tips, sorry [zombie-nunu-tears]

Yeah, good luck fighting Cait. Even if you manage to outtrade and beat her early on, she's literally just going to snowball and start three-shotting your team with two items because her passive needs mega nerfs
