Buff Lee Sin Q now. Riot, you nerfed his Q speed years ago for no reason, and removed the attack speed slow on his E. He was a perfectly balanced champ before that. Now, he's subpar, because you added tons of movement speed runes and stacking dragons. This is absurd that you haven't restored Lee Sin. Nothing but a stream of neverending nerfs.
