FIx shaco E already it sucks

Riot u have to fix dmg its supose to be high risk high reward champ and he is more suicide loose champ.his E cant kill nothing at early lvls his dmg is weakest than every1 else even a supp soraka can do more dmg than s e 1st point..u made a champ so called assasin with no dmg less burst than even bruisers u have nerfed him to the max..u do champs like that can 1v3 in many sistuations with broken dmg and sustain.and dont tell me sylass cant one shot some1 cs shaco the last time he could do that was with the old dark harvest and bcs of it..u had to rewind shacos E dmg to very old one ur dmg per health is 0 he cant execute nothing what kind of ad scale assasin is this?
