What about buffs for Ashe?

You buffed Ashe in mid 2016 cuz Ashe has a relatively low win-rate. But then you nerfed Lucian, and yes, Ashe was so strong since then, but isn't it because you nerfed other ADCs? Finally, you nerfed Ashe for like three times and ironically, Ashe is even weaker than pre-buff. So why did you buff Ashe? You are actually slapping your own face! This kinda cycle of buff/nerfs is a total mess!

she has the lowest damage out of all adc while having a sub 50% win rate for 6 patches ,she just needs update 6.20 changes reverted

Varus is weaker by far . Ashe w is better poke and does less damagIsh ashe ult is better ashe q does more damagw
