The Delays

When I play lee sin and I activate my q, there's a delay that makes me stop walking. Pretend you're chasing someone and you use your q.You would stop walking to shoot your q, giving the enemies extra time to dodge your q. It's really annoying and if riot could make that you could run while casting abilities that would be great. Thanks for looking at my complaint
