Idea for teambuilder

Allow the option for duo Q to search for other teambuilder Q's to join without being forced to be the party leader. Reason why? Well because in teambuilder say you have a top jg and mid finding a ADC and sup can take awhile. Merging teambuilder lobbies in some way would be cool. Or this could already be the case and I am just ignorant.
